March...

Okay so maybe I should continue writing on this blog! I kind of stopped cause I thought it was so cheesy! which it is, but I probably should try it again. Anyways! It's March! 
It's raining cats and dogs here at school which is wonderful! I love the rain! However, I do miss the smell of the rain in the desert! Out here in the east it doesn't smell the same. 
So lately I have been really obsessed with the movie Bridget Jones's Diary! hahaha! I think it's just the funniest movie! Oh, and it has Colin Firth... :)
I really don't like the constant F word or some of the sexual references and content, yet I love it! I really don't know why either. It really goes against what I usually watch so it's really strange that I am watching it. I say it's all my sister's fault! She has been trying to get me to watch it for such a long time. So I did and now I can't get enough of it! 
Now on the topic of school! 
It's tough. (that about says it) 
I have so much homework and I am so busy! My friend doesn't understand why I am always busy. What she doesn't realize is that I am in three upper division classes that all require long historical papers, which all require a lot of research and time. The which I don't have enough of (of course I'm really good at wasting time too sadly). 
On a happy note I am going back home soon! Woohoo! I cannot wait! I miss the mountains and the desert! It will be so nice to get back to the dry air and the beautiful landscape! It's beautiful here too, but there are just too many trees and now that it is spring the leaves are beginning to grow back and so it's getting worse.

London was so fast and so captivating. I couldn't believe my eyes as I saw so many beautiful buildings all around me! What a wonderful city! It is so full of life. The diversity of it's people was so exciting and the crazy streets! I thought we were going to die at times thank goodness I didn't drive! That would have been bad! The Tube was so much fun. The fast pace of it all and the smell of the underground was so good! I know I'm crazy but I couldn't help it! It smelt so good!

This is where I spent two weeks of my summer! It was absolutely Fantastic! For the First Three days we stayed in London! Big Ben sounded so beautiful every hour. Several times we passed right underneath it and I could hear so clearly the beautiful music it made! I wish I could live near it that would be amazing.

Weekend!

Wow. That's all I can say about this weekend. Wow. I had the great chance to work with some amazing artists. I can't believe how blessed I truly am. It's strange to think that when tough times come something good comes. You always seem to get the good with the bad but it's okay because the good always tends to outweigh the bad except sometimes. Well right now it seems pretty even. Very soon now I will be going somewhere great and I cannot wait but at the same time I have reasons to be scared of certain aspects in life. However, thank goodness for me I am not afraid. I look to certain possibilities and am praying that I will be ready for them. Well on a happy note! Happy Days is on tv!!! I LOVE Happy Days! :) Well I better run!                                                  Ciao for now!

Friday!

Day Two: Today I worked a long time! But it was just fine! I absolutely love my work! I get to work with great people and I am able to help customers all day long. It may seem silly to others and it may seem like the most horrid job possible in any other persons mind but for me it is just fine! I am just so honored to have some work available for me to do. I have big plans for this fall and sadly they need money to support them. -sarcastically said-Why is that?! Well no matter. Somehow it all works out. The Lord blesses my life daily and I am so grateful to see it. No matter how tough the situation. No matter how crazy life gets every day there are little miracles and every once in a while a great one. I just hope I can recognize them when they do come and be grateful for them.

My First Blog! (Boring I know but what else would I put?)

Day one: 17 days left until my departure. How exciting to be able to travel the world. I wish I could travel the world and not have to worry about so many things like work and money and all of those terrible things one has to worry about. I wish life was a lot simpler but alas it is not. I hope that my life will hold a lot of wonderful opportunities for me. Well the day is still somewhat new and I need to prepare myself for work. Farewell for the time being!
